摘要
针对某工程桩基采用设计与施工一起投标且施工中出现了一部分断桩,对该静压桩工程中的静载荷试验和对施工中出现的问题进行了分析,提出了解决问题的方法,并对如何保证静压桩的质量提出了具体的看法。工程实践表明,采用静压桩这种方法处理软地基,不仅造价低、工期短,而且对整个建筑物的质量有保障。
Aimed at break-off accidents in static pile engineering, analyzed problems in static load tests and during construc-tion, the author put forward methods to settle the problems, and concrete viewpoints to ensure static piling quality. The engineering practice demonstrated that to use static piling in soft foundations, not only has advantages of low cost and short construction period, but also can guarantee the quality of the whole construction.
