河南省农村医疗卫生现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the current condition of the rural medical treatment and health in Henan

目的了解当前河南省农村地区的医疗卫生状况。方法对河南农村72个县用随机抽样和问卷调查的方法进行分析。结果农村卫生环境差,村级医疗机构规模小、服务质量低,农民医疗负担重,因病致贫、返贫等问题仍是困扰农村发展的大问题。结论必须采取加大政府投入、合理布局卫生资源、提高农村卫生人员素质、建立农村新型医疗合作制度等措施,促进我省农村医疗卫生体系的建立与农村发展的稳定。

Objective To know the rural medical and healthy condition of Henan province. Methods The random sample and questionnaire were used in 72 counties of Henan. Results The rural healthy surroundings was poor, the, scale of medical organization small and the, service quality low at the village level, the farmers＇ medical burden is heavy, and disease may lead to or return to poverty, which still baffle the development of rural area. Conclusion The investment from government should be enlarged, the resource of health reasonable arranged, the health officer＇s making of rural area improved, new type of cooperative medical system build up. All of these will promote the establishment of medical and healthy system and steady development of rural area in Henan province.
