促愈丹胶囊提取工艺研究

摘要 目的研究促愈丹制剂工艺合理性,提高该药物质量的可靠性。方法以丹参酮ⅡA、黄芪甲苷提取率和总浸出物为评价指标,对提取工艺因素进行正交试验,优选合理的提取工艺参数。结果促愈丹的合理工艺条件是:丹参先用8倍量乙醇提取2 h;药渣与当归、补骨脂、水蛭,用8倍量50%乙醇回流提取3 h;药渣与黄芪、杜仲用8倍量水煎煮提取3次,每次2 h。结论确定的提取工艺能使有效成分充分被提取,保证临床用药质量。 Objective To study the rationality of the extraction tenique of Cuyudan capsule in order to improve the quality of the medicine. Methods Doing the orthogotonal test with the criteria of Tanshinone Ⅱ A, the extraction rate of Astragalus mongholicus and total extractive, opthimizing the parameter of extraction technique. Results Rational technology condition of Cuyudan: first, Salvia miltiorrhiza was extracted with 8 times ethanol in 2hours; the mixture of gruffs, angelica, psoralea fruits and Leech with 8 times 50 % enthol was withdrawn in 3 hours. Last, the mixture of gruffs, astragali and Eucommia ulmoides Olivin with 8times water was extracted in 2 hours for 3 times. Conclusion Derfinitive technique contributes to the extraction of the efficient component so as to insure the quality of clinical medicine.
