老年糖尿病并低血糖症35例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 35 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypoglycemia syndrome in the aged

目的探讨老年糖尿病(DM)患者发生低血糖的原因及误诊情况。方法对35例老年DM患者的低血糖症进行回顾性分析。结果胰岛素所致低血糖症的比率较前明显增高,与近年来的强化血糖控制有关。结论加强糖尿病宣教工作,重视低血糖的脑功能障碍表现,治疗应个体化。

Objective To explore causes and misdiagnosis of hypoglycemia in aged with diabetes mellitus（DM）. Methods Clinical data of 35 DM patients complicated with hypoglycemia syndrome in the aged were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia induced by insulin increased obviously compared with previous data, which was correlated with strengthening blood glucose control. Conclusion Propaganda and education of DM knowledge should be strengthened. Manifestation of hypoglycemia malfunction of brain function should be noticed. And individualized treatment should be carried out.
