辛芩颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎疗效分析

Clinical observation of therapeutic effect of Xinqin granule on allergic rhinitis

目的观察辛芩颗粒对变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法变应性鼻炎患者156例,随机分成2组。观察组90例口服辛芩颗粒冲剂,每次5 g,每日3次;对照组66例口服鼻炎康片,每次3片,每日3次;均用30 d。对患者治疗前后喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞和鼻痒严重程度进行评分,根据积分改善率判断疗效。结果观察组总有效率为92.22%,明显高于对照组(56.06%),差别具有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论辛芩颗粒冲剂具有疗效好,无毒副作用,复发率低等优点,是治疗变应性鼻炎的理想药物。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xinqin granule（XQG）on allergic rhinitis（AR）. Methods One hundred and fifty-six patients with AR were randomly divided into two group. Observation group was administered with oral dose of 5 g XQG once, three per day for 30 days. Control group was administered with oral dose of three tablets of Biyankang tablets once, three times per day for 30 days. Scores of degree of severity of sternutation, nose running, nasal obstruction and rhinocnesmus were performed in patients pre-and post-treatment to evaluate curative effect according to improvement rate of seores. Results Total effective rate in observation group（92.22%）was obviously higher than that in control group（56.06）. There was obvious sinificance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Xinqin granule has advantages including good effects, no side effects and low recurrence rate and is an ideal drug for treatment of AR.
