Application of double-direction tracheal foing on dislodgment of children's nasal foreign bodies

目的评价双开鳄口式气管异物钳在小儿鼻腔异物取出中的应用价值。方法58例小儿鼻腔异物应用双开鳄口式气管异物钳均顺利取出。结果成功率100%,一次成功率93%,未见明显并发症。结论双开鳄口式气管异物钳取小儿鼻腔异物安全,效率高。

Objective To evaluate the value of double-direction tracheal foing on the dislodgment of children＇s nasal foreign bodies. Methods Fifty-eight cases of children＇s nasal foreign body were dislodged with double-direction tracheal foing, WT5 ＂HZ＂ Resuhs Successful rate was 100%, successful dislodgement of forein bodies one time was 93%, there were no obvious complications. Conclusion Double-direction tracheal foing for the treatment of dislodgment of nasal foreign bodies in children is safe and efficient.
