摘要 微生物植酸酶法提取肌醇时,利用维C-磷钼蓝吸光光度法,测定部分常见阳离子激活剂M g2+、C a2+、M n2+、K+、A l3+、Zn2+对其酶活的影响,从中筛选出合适的植酸酶激活剂Zn2+、K+。 When producing inositol by microbial phytase method,phytase activity is affected by some familiar cationic activators,such as Mg^2+、Ca^2+、Mn^2+、K^+、Al3^+、Zn^2+,and the activity is determined by vitamin c-ammonium phosphomolybdate in blue spetrophotometric method,Mg^2+ and Ca^2+ are selected as the proper activators.
