摘要
我省220kV电力系统多次发生不同厂家、不同型号、不同类型的高频相差保护在变压器冲击合闸或者相邻线路远端故障时发生误动,严重影响我省220kV系统保护正确动作率,就此问题进行了探讨分析,并提出一些改进措施。
The misoperation of the high-frequency protections of different types and different sorts has been taken place many times in the 220kV power system in Hunan Province when a breaker was closed surgyly to a transformer or a fault took place at the remote termial of a close-in Line. They in fluenced seriously the correct operating ratio of the relay protection in the 220kV power system. In accordance with this, the paper Analyzed and studied the related problems caused misoperation and puts forward some precautions for reference.
