摘要
根据我省及全国各电网使用微机保护的设计、调试、运行实践,总结比较了微机保护与常规保护在技术上的差异,提出了微机保护在电网中配置的原则。重点就电网中应用微机保护遇到的两个主要问题即两套重合闸配合、线路高频保护切换至旁路的接口问题进行了深入分析和讨论。最后对电网应用微机保护提出了看法和设想。
This paper has summed up and compared the differences in technology between the microcomputer protections and the old routine protections, and pointed out the principles of the protection arrangment in the power network, bused on the practice of design, test and operation in the all systems of our province and through out the country. Two chief problems, i. e. the coordination of two reclosures and the interface of switching the high-frequency protections to the by-pass bus, have been analyzed and discussed deeply. At last, the auther expressed the opinion upon the application of the microcomputer protections.
