摘要
城市水污染规划管理在现代化城市中具有举足轻重的地位,为防止和治理城市水污染提供科学依据,使防止和治理城市水污染走向科学化、现代化和信息化的轨道.本文将GIS技术应用于城市水污染规划管理,通过对水污染信息进行系统的分析,利用水环境数学模型计算,对水污染物扩散、运移进行模拟,并详细的阐述了该系统的设计思想和实现方法,在理论上作了一定的探讨,为城市水污染规划管理提供丰富的空间数据支持.
Planned administration and control over urban water pollution plays a vital role in a modern city. To provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of the urban water pollution and thus make it more scientific, more modernized as well as more informative, this paper here thus may serve as a rich statistics base for the urban water pollution prevention and administration by applying the technique GIS into the planning and administration of the water pollution. Through a systematic study and analysis into the relevant information of water pollution and a model mathematical calculation in water surroundings as well as the sample experiment of the spread and transmission of water pollution, it may also make its exploration into the conception or the notion as well as the means of realizing the design for this system theoretically.
