药物咨询中病人用药依从性的研究

Study patients compliance of using drug by being consulted

目的:在药物咨询中,对病人用药依从性进行研究。方法:开展药师下病房咨询,窗口式咨询与门诊式咨询,运用查阅药学资料库、检索光盘查询、药物疗效和药物不良反应判定、实验室研究等临床药学实践协助咨询,从而研究病人用药依从性的相关因素并进行随访。结果:实例分析了病人用药依从性与下列因素有关:①病人对疾病的认识;②病人对疗效的期望;③治疗方案的复杂性;④药物的正确使用;⑤药物相互作用的影响;⑥药物副作用的影响;⑦药物的价格;⑧药物说明书未标示的新用途;⑨药物的规格;1○0处方药与非处方药说明书的差别。结论:药物咨询可提高病人的用药依从性,确保其合理用药。

Object：Study patients compliance of using drug by pharmacistbeing consulted. Methed： Pharmacist be consulted in patients room orwindow of drugstore and out-patient clinic. Consultation apply to readpharmaceuticat data bake, to retrivevie pharmacutial compact disc,tojudge therapeutic effect or adverse reaction,laboratory examination in order to answer patients question. Results： We analyze patients compliancefactories of using drug as follow ：① patients understand the knowledgeof disease ,② patients expectation of therapeutic effect,③ complexityof therapeutic scheme,④ drug correctly be used, ⑤ drug interaction, ⑥adverse reaction,⑦ drug price,⑧ new useage of drug without description,⑨drug qualification, ⑩diescription of nonprescription differ from prescription drug. Conclusions：Patients compliance of using drug can be raised by pharmacist being consulted.
