摘要 用微量钒钛元素代替比较昂贵的钼铜元素生产高铬铸铁磨球,可以提高磨球的耐磨性能,并且可以降低成本.球耗率在33.9~38克/吨水泥范围内;破碎率小于0.18%,无剥皮,变形等缺陷;磨损均匀.生产中,要严格控制Cr/C和Si量.用XMX孕育剂进行炉前处理可以提高磨球的综合性能,尤其是ak值提高明显. In this paper, the fensibility of production of troostite grinding-ball of high-chromium, cast iron with the domestic unique V-Ti pig iron is coustdosed and the iafluences of Cr/C ratio and Si on. the microstructure and properties of high-chromium cast iron containing V and Ti are also studied, The inoculation, effects of XMX iniculant are discussed and the production of grinding-ball with multiple-cavity permanent mold was tested. The experimental results show that, if using trace-V and Ti instead of expensive Mo and Cu to prodaes the high-chromium cast iron grinding-ball, its wearability will be inereased and the production cost be decreased. The ball corasumptioa ranges from 33.9 to 33g/ton cement and the breaking ratio is less than 0.18%, no skinning, no deformation and uniform wearing. The Cr/C ratio and Si should be strictly controlled in the production of Cr-V-Ti troostite grinding-ball. The inoculation of iron melt with XMX inoculant will increase the comprehensive mechanical properties of Cr-V-Ti cast iron, especially the shock toughness ak.
