摘要
本文从海洋开发面临的形势,论证我国现代海洋开发的具体思路、应遵循的原则以及搞好我国现代海洋开发应采取的措施。
Based on the analysis of faced position of marine exploration in China,the author points out the definite steps, following principles and measures of modem marine exploration in China.
