摘要 通过水培试验研究了叶面喷施海藻液肥对黄瓜抗盐分胁迫能力的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施海藻液肥能提高黄瓜根冠比和干物质含量,提高根系总吸收面积和活跃吸收面积;不同浓度的海藻液肥均能降低盐胁迫对叶片质膜的伤害,提高SOD、POD等酶的活性,降低膜脂过氧化产物MDA的积累,提高脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等渗透调节物质的含量。 The effect of foliar-spraying liquid seaweed extract on resisting salinity stress of cucumber was studied through water culture. The results of the experiment showed that foliar-spraying hquid seaweed extract could increase the R/T ratio of cucumber, dry matter contents, and the total uptake area and active uptake area of the roots. Liquid seaweed extract at two levels could reduce the hurt of the salinity stress to the membrane permeability, enhance the POD and SOD activities, but decrease MDA contents. Liquid seaweed extract could also increase the proline and soluble sugar contents, soluble protein contents, alleviate the hurt of the stress to the cucumber.
