眼科名家张望之

Zhang Wangzhi,a Great Master of Ophthalmology

张望之(1905～1985),字慎言,河南清丰人,出生于农民家庭,矢志好学,师范学校毕业。任教期间刻苦攻读中医典籍,学而有成,遂弃教从医,1942年投入抗日救亡运动。解放后从事医疗教学工作。平生主要活动于清丰、开封、郑州一带,行医50余年,治学严谨,成就斐然,著《眼科探骊》,独具一格,为全国知名眼科老中医,河南省中医眼科学术界泰斗。学术上认为眼病多兼郁邪,论治善用解郁,辨证辨病相参,创五轮主方,制张氏白内障眼膏、沙眼洗剂等,临床常用内外合治,注重未病先防。

Zhang Wangzhi （ 1905 ～1985）, With literary name Shenyan, was horn in a present family of Qingfeng, Henan Province. He made his mind to study and graduated from a normal specialized postsecondary college. He read ancient literature of medicine hard during his teaching, so he engaged in medicine and abandoned teaching. He took campaign against Japan in 1942. After liberation, he engaged in clinical medicine and teaching, and he practiced it in Qingfeng, Kaifeng, Zhengzhou for 50 years. He was well known in medicine and compiled scholarly works of the exploring of ophthalmology. He was a famous ophthalmologist of TCM in our country and was a great master of ophthalmology in Henan province. He held that disease of ophthalmology due to stagnation of pathogenic, so he was good at reliving stagnation and differential treatment. He made Zhang＇s cataract eye ointment, Zhang＇s trachoma lotion. He pald attention to internal and external treatment and prevent disease when it haven＇t broke out.
