大黄素和芦荟大黄素抗脑缺血损伤作用比较

A Comparison Study on Treating Cerebral Ischemia of Rats with Emodin and Aloe-emodin

目的:比较研究大黄素、芦荟大黄素对大鼠脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法:大鼠按随机数字表法分为:假手术组、模型组、川芎嗪组、大黄素组、芦荟大黄素组。线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血6h模型。观测大鼠神经症状、脑组织含水量、脑梗塞面积。结果:模型组较假手术组大鼠的神经症状评分、脑组织含水量、脑梗塞面积增高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,除芦荟大黄素低剂量组外,其余各用药组大鼠的神经症状评分、脑组织含水量、脑梗塞面积减低。大黄素低剂量组神经症状评分、脑组织含水量和梗塞面积均较川芎嗪组显著降低(P<0.05),大黄素低剂量组大鼠的神经症状评分和脑组织含水量分别较其高剂量组显著降低(P<0.01)。芦荟大黄素高剂量组大鼠的神经症状评分、脑组织含水量和梗塞面积分别较中、低剂量组不同程度降低。结论:大黄素和芦荟大黄素对大鼠脑缺血损伤均具有保护作用,以低剂量大黄素和高剂量芦荟大黄素抗大鼠脑缺血损伤的作用尤为显著。

Objective： To evaluate the protection effect of emodin and aloe-emodin in treating cerebral ischemia of rats, Methods： Rats were randomly derided into artificial operation group, model group, Ligustrazine group, emodin group, aloe-ernodin group. Focal cerebral ischemia model of rats were made by thread locking up the blood vessel for 6 h. To observe the nerve symptoms, the content of water in brain, the area of cerebral infarction. Results： Compared with the model group, the features given above in each group besides low dose group of Aloe-emodin lowered, and the features in the low dose group of ernodin were remarkably lower than in the Ligustrazine group （P〈0.05）. The area of cerebral infarction and the nerve symptoms in the low doses of group ernodin were obviously lower than in the high doses of group ernodin （P〈0.05）. The nerve symptoms, the content of water in brain, the area of cerebral infarction in the high doses of group aloe-emodin were obviously lower than in the middle, low doses of group aloe-emodin. Conclusion： Emodin and Aloe-emodin had the obvious protection effect in treating cerebral ischernia, and the low dose group of ernodin and the high doses of group emodin had the obvious effect.
