The obstacles affecting the oral communicative capabitities are mainly characterized as aural, lexical and emotional ones. The linguistic skills in oral communication chiefly include pronunciation rules, grammar rules and pattern rules. How to overcome those obstacles and master the skills are the most effective approach and strategy to develop students＇ oral communicative abilities.
