摘要
分析了近几年我国未成年人犯罪案的特点和导致未成年人犯罪的原因,认为全社会都应高度重视未成年人犯罪现象,并从家庭、学校、社区、司法和社会方面建立“五道防线”,积极预防未成年人犯罪。
This paper analyzes the characteristics and the causes of juvenile crimes in China in recent years. It is believed that the whole society should pay much more attention to the situation of juvenile crimes. Then, a “Five Defence Lines” system involving the families, the schools, the communities, the justice and the society is proposed to prevent the juvenile crimes positively.
