刺激消费政策对重庆经济影响的实证检验

An Empirical Test on Effects of Consumption-stimulating Policy on Economy of Chongqing

运用经济计量学的方法就刺激消费政策对重庆经济的影响进行实证检验,结果表明:两者不存在一定的长期稳定关系。通过降息来分流储蓄,对消费的刺激不大;出口对消费的影响也不大;增加职工工资和扩大政府投资,能不同程度地刺激消费。

With the econometrical method, this article deals with the test as to the effects of consumption - stimulating policy on Chongqing＇ s economy. The empirical result indicates that there is no long - term stable relationship between them. Reducing interest rate has little effect on consumptions. We also find out that, in Chongqing, export has little effect on consumption. And increasing wage and government investment can stimulate consumption to some degree.
