Struts是一个支持Web应用程序的Java开源框架,它内置了对国际化的支持,我们不需要用不同的语言来写Web页面,仅仅只要为每一种语言创建一个资源文件就行,这个资源文件包括用户所用语言的一些标题、消息以及其它的文字。
