摘要
空调风道的设计与布置合理与否直接影响车内环境的舒适性。风道设计中要求风道的气流噪声必须控制在允许的范围内。风道中压力损失是使得车厢内产生气流噪声的原因之一,在此通过分析风道中产生压力损失的原因和对某汽车整车送风系统的计算流体力学(CFD,ComputationalFluidDynamics)分析和实际测试,说明减小风道压力损失可使车内噪声得到降低。
The design and pipe routing of air duct affects the cabin comfortability directly. Airflow noise in duct should be controlled within the range of standard during duct design. Pressure loss in air duct is one of the reasons which cause inside cabin air noise. This article explains why reduction of air duct pressure loss can reduces noise inside cabin through analyzing pressure loss causation, calculating CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) of some types vehicle air supplying system and actual testing .
