The results showed that thisimproved analysis method could be used for rapid and satisfactory determination of the fatty acid change during storagr of this group of nematodes.The fatty acids in the nematode were analysed by gas chromatography. Seven kinds of main saturatd and unsaturated fatty acids with 16 to 20 carbon atoms were separated on the FFAP capillary column.The results of quantitative and qualitative analysis are satisfactory.
