摘要 木素碱性硝基苯氧化产物的高效液相色谱分析马文秀,吴伟志(南京林业大学理化分析中心南京210037)1前言木素是构成植物细胞壁的一种天然高聚物。研究木素的结构对制浆蒸煮脱木素工艺、纸浆漂白工艺以及木素的综合利用都有重要指导意义〔1~3〕。木素经碱性硝基... - hydroxybenzaldehyde,vanillin and syringaldehyde etc. were separated on a Novapak C18 column (5μ 3. 9mm i. d.× 150mm) and eluted with MeOH-H2O (25:75, V/V) at a flow rate of 0. 6mL/min and detected at 254nm. Quantitative analysis was performed with piperonal instead of synthetic product . m-meconin,as the internal standard. Recoveries are 95%-98% and CV≤1%. The method is simple,rapid and reliable.
