针对传统膛压测试方法工作繁琐,容易出差错的不足.提出了一种智能化枪(炮)膛膛压测试系统.系统利用计算机和较完善的软件通过压电式传感器自动测出压力,并通过数字采集卡采集进入计算机,在计算机上进行实时显示、数据处理和数据输出.系统自动化程度高,提高了测试数据的精度,为军品测试自动化和测试数据的科学管理提供了基本条件.

Intelligent Chamber-Pressure Detecting System is introduced to overcome the drawbacks of the traditional detection of chamber-pressure, such as complex working and easy to make errors. The system auto- matically detects the Chamber-Pressure that is gained by the piezoelectricity-sensor. The computer can analyze and output the PT data that is inputted by DAQ. The application of Intelligent Chamber-Pressure Detecting System can impressively lightens labor intensity and errors because of artificial records and calculations. The system provides foundation for outomatic of detection and scientific management of data.
