摘要
锁相环路是一种能实现相位自动锁定的控制系统,主要用于频率合成及跟踪解调系统.本文介绍了一种使用锁相环技术控制电机的方法,将电机的转速信号与控制信号进行相位比较,取出二者的相位差作为控制信号,经滤波、放大后控制电机运行,使电机始终保持匀速转动.引入锁相环后系统的控制精度从1%提高到0.1%,并且稳定度和抗干扰性等其他指标都有很大提高,克服了早期使用模拟器件控制电机时,控制精度低,稳定度差等缺点.
The phase-locked loop is one kind of control system which is able to achieve phase automatic lock, to compose frequency and to trace demodulation system. A control method to electrical motor with PLL is presented. The difference between motor speed signal and control speed signal, which is filtered and amplified, is used to control the motor to maintain uniform rotation. The control accurasy is improved from 1% up to 0. 1% ,meanwhile the etability and anti-interference ability are also increased sharply with PLL, compared with early control system with anolog components.
