摘要 为了提高光幕靶的测量精度,讨论了影响光幕靶测量精度的一个重要因素———光幕靶靶面光能分布的均匀性.首先对单个发光二极管进行分析,对其做近似处理,建立数学模型,用代数叠加的方法来推导光幕面内某一点的光能量.进而推导整个光幕面内的光能分布状况,并进一步分析得到各参数间的函数关系.为了验证理论结果,通过实测光幕面上不同位置点的光能,借助Matlab工具对实验数据进行处理,得到光幕面内光能量的分布图形,并且验证了各参数间的关系.经过比较,理论结果和实验结果基本一致. To improve the measurement precision, the distribution, uniformity of light energy screen, which is an improtant factor affecting measurement precision, is discussed. First, single LED is analysed and disposed approximately to build the mathmatical model, light energy of one point on screen is calculated by algebraic addition, then the distribution of light energy on the whole area of screen is deduced. Function relation between the parameters is got by further andlysis. The chart of light energy distribution is obtained and the relation between parameters is proved after the data, which are the light energy measured at different points of screen, are processed by MATLAB tools. Theoretical results and experimental results are basically coincident.
