波动载荷下扭轮摩擦传动机构的导程分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对扭轮摩擦传动机结构导程易受载荷波动影响的问题,通过对扭轮摩擦传动机构进行力学分析,给出了工作载荷和扭轮摩擦传动机构导程的关系式.研究表明,扭轮和传动轴接触区形状为一椭圆.本文证明该椭圆长轴和传动轴应该呈一定的夹角,而且夹角值随工作载荷的大小和方向的变化而变化.证明了导程的变化量不仅取决于载荷变化量,而且取决于扭轮和传动轴之间的接触刚度.研究结果为提高扭轮摩擦传动机构动态跟踪精度提供了理论基础. To the problem that the lead of the twist-roller frictional drive is influenced by the load fluctuation, the relationship formula between the load and the lead is presented at the basis of force analysis. Accord- ing to the study, the contact region between the twist-roller and the shaft is an ellipse. There is angular between the longer axes of the ellipse and the axes of the shaft, moreover, the angular is variable with the magnitude and the direction of the load. We also proved that lead of the twist-roller frictional drive not only is influenced by the load, but also has relation with contact stiffness between the twist-roller and the shaft. The study provides theoritical foundation to improve the dynamic tracing accuracy of the twist-roller frictional drive.
