摘要
脉冲电流电解加工的加工性能很大程度上取决于对脉冲电源的精确控制.笔者对高频、窄脉冲电解加工电源控制系统进行了设计.通过传感器测得脉冲电流、电压的峰值,并采用上下位机结构实现对脉冲电源的电流、电压等状态参数的监测与控制.实验结果表明:该系统可使3 kA的电解加工电源输出高达10 kHz的高频脉冲电流.提高了脉冲电解加工的稳定性和加工精度.
The attribute for HSPECM depends to a great extent on the accuracy control of the pulses power supply. This paper introduces the control system of High Frequency Short Pulses Electrochemical Machining power. Impulse current and voltage sensors are used to measure the peak value of the current and the voltage of the machining power. The control system with the structure of IPC realizes the optimization control of the current and voltage value of short pulses power and some state parameters. The experimental results showes that the value of power current may reach 3kA/10kHz. And it is in favor of boosting the stability and precision during the electrochemical machining.
