摘要
薄膜与基材的结合强度(附着力)是评价薄膜质量的重要性能指标.由于硅烷类有机薄膜在组织结构上与硅酸盐基材一致,使得薄膜_基材形成一体结构,从而产生难以表征的结合力.目前此类薄膜的结合强度测量还没有公认的有效方法.本文通过硅烷类有机薄膜与硅酸盐基材结合的结构特点,以划痕法为主要方法,利用铣床按照GB1720_88漆膜附着力测定法为评定标准,定性的反映薄膜与基材的结合强度.该方法具有一定的参考和借鉴价值.
Adhesion (cohesion) of films on the substrate is an important performance index which estimates the qualities of films. Because of similar structure between films and substrate, organic silane films tightly cling to metasilicate glass and form a holistic structure with the latter. Therefor the of adhesion is difficult to express precisely. At present the effective measurement of adhesion of organic silane films to metasilicate glass has not recognized. With respect to characteristics of cohesion, scarification is adopted by the authors to qualitatively express adhesion strength of films on the substrate with milling machine accordint to Chinese standard 1720- 88, This method is practical and useful for reference.
