摘要
目的:研究羧甲基壳聚糖的合成反应及其抑菌活性。方法:用化学方法修饰壳聚糖,用稀释法对常见病原菌进行抑菌实验。结果:产物经红外光谱证实,壳聚糖已被氯乙酸所修饰,产物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌均有抑菌作用。结论:本法制得的羧甲基壳聚糖具有优越的水溶性能,对常见致病菌有一定的抑菌活性。
Objective :To develop a synthesis method of the carboxymethyl chitosan (CM-CTS) and to study its bacteriostatic effect. Methods : Purified chitosan was modified by way of chemistry, using methods of dilution to study the bacteriostasis to some ordinary bacteria. Results: The infra-red spectragram of the product showed the chitosan had been modified by chloroacetic acid. S. aureus, E. coli, and P. aeruginosa could be inhibited to different degrees by CM-CTS. Conclusion: The product has superior water-soluble property. It also has antibacterial action to ordinary bacteria.
