实时三维多平面成像测量离体猪心右心室容积 被引量:2

Quantification of right ventricualr volume by real-time three-dimensional multiplane imaging in in vitro hearts of pigs

摘要 目的探讨实时三维超声心动图(RT3DE)多平面成像测量经甲醛固定后离体猪心右心室容积的准确性。方法应用10%甲醛溶液固定16个离体猪心,将模型浸入水槽中,RT3DE多平面成像模式下分别对各个模型进行扫查并测量其右心室容积。结果与相应模型右心室内实际液体量进行对比研究。结果RT3DE能够实时、快速地测量右心室容积;线性回归分析表明RT3DE测量的右室容积与实际容积之间具有很好的相关性(r=0.979,P<0.001);Bland and Altman法分析表明两者之间具有高度一致性。结论RT3DE多平面成像能够快速、准确地测量右心室容积,从而奠定了对右室功能进行可靠评价的基础。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of real-time three-dimensional echocardiographic (RT3DE) multiplane imaging for quantifying right ventricular volumes in in vitro pig hearts fixed by formaldehyde. Methods Sixteen freshly excised porcine hearts were first soaked in 10% formalin for fixing the shape of the right ventricular cavities. RT3DE multiplane imaging was then performed with the fixed pig hearts placed in a water tank. Volume of each right ventricle was measured on-line. And the results were compared with those actual volumes measured by water displacement, which serves as a reference standard. Results RT3DE can determine the right ventricular volume on-line rapidly. The simple regression analysis demonstrated there was an excellent correlation between the RT3DE volumes and the actual volumes. And there was also a good agreement between the two methods by the method of Bland and Altman. Conclusions RT3DE multiplane imaging can quantify right ventricular volumes rapidly and accurately, which established the ground of reliably assessing right ventricular function.
