摘要
为确保新型农村合作医疗工作的发展,政府要加强对新型农村合作医疗工作的组织和引导, 加大财政投入,完善相应的管理和监督机制,并发挥制度设计和行政立法的职能。
To ensure the development of New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme, government should strengthen organizing and instructing, increasing financial investment, improving the system of management and supervision as well as playing the role of instituting system and making legislation.
