摘要 国际石油价格持续攀升,石油资源紧缺,石油资源劣质化趋势以及环境保护不断增加的压力,成为目前我国以石油化工为核心的能源化工面临的严峻挑战。进入21世纪,我国能源化工将向着产品清洁化、高性能化与生产过程清洁化方向发展,资源利用效率和一体化综合利用程度将不断提高,劣质资源的高效利用和原料范围的拓展将成为能源化工发展需要突破的难点,能源化工将力求通过石油化工、煤化工、天然气化工的协调发展,实现二次能源与化工资源的接替。为了保障持续稳定的发展,我国能源化工的发展要与国家石油安全战略相适应,与建设节约型企业、节约型社会相适应,与可持续发展相适应,充分利用有限的能源资源,持续推进技术进步和技术创新。 Acontinuing rally in the global oil price, combined with the shortage of petroleum resources, and mounting pressure from environmental protection advocates,present a formidable challenge to the energy and chemical sector in China, especially the petrochemical segment. The advent of the 21st century moves the Chinese energy and chemical sector on a track to developing a cleaner product, higher performance and cleaner production processes, along with noted increases in their comprehensive utilization of resources. How to make efficient use of poor-quality resources and broaden the scope of raw materials will become the bottleneck that needs to be broken for the sector's development. This requires it to replace the main chemical resources with the secondary ones, through coordinated petrochemical, coal chemical and natural gas chemical development. To ensure stable and sustained development, the sector needs to bring itself in line with national oil security strategies, the building of economical businesses and communities, and by making full use of the limited resources by capitalizing upon technical development and innovation.
