超临界二氧化碳脱附固体吸附剂上卤代烃污染物研究 被引量:9

Studies on the Analysis of Chlorinated Hydrocarbon Pollutants in Air With Solid Adsorbents and Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction

摘要 本文使用自制超临界流体革取仪,考查了从活性炭、Chromosorb102、Chromosorb105、Tenax-TA四种吸附剂上脱附1,2,3-三氯丙烷、1,3二溴丙烷、1,4-二溴丁烷、1,2.4-三氯化苯、间-二溴苯五种组分的性能。证明使用甲醇改性后CO2萃取,比单纯使用CO2萃取的效率高得多,萃取活性炭时,组分的回收率可达50%,萃取另3种吸附刺时.组分的回收率超过80%。这表明利用某些色谱固定相(如高分子多孔性微球等固体填充物)良好的吸附性能和超临界流体车取高效脱附的特点,可富集和分析空气中痕量污染物。 A procedure for the supercritical fluid extraction of trace-levels of 1, 2, 3-trichloro-propane, trimethylenedibromide, dichlorobenzene, 1, 4-dibromobutane, trichlorobenzene and m-dibromobenzene adsorbed on charcoal, Chrolilosorb 102, Chromosorb 105 and TenaxTA with self-made apparatus is described. The results demonstrated the increase in extraction efficiency by the addition of a methanol modifier. This increase with methanol contrasts sharply with previous non-quantitative results obtained using pure CO2, Recoveries are 50% when extracting from charcoal and are over 80% when extracting from Chromosorb 102,Chromosorb 105 and Tenax-TA. Our results show that trace-level pollutants in air samples can be concentrated and analyzed by taking advantage of the good adsorption property of some chromatographic stationary phase (such as porous polymer beads) and the excellent desorption characteristics of supercritical fluid extraction.
