高效液相色谱法测定眼组织中丝裂霉素

Determination of Mitomycin C in Ocular Tissues by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

本文对高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定限组织中丝裂霉素（MitomycinC，MMC）的条件进行了优选。研究了PH值及温度对MMC稳定性的影响。以乙腈作为从结膜和巩膜中提取MMC的溶剂，乙酸乙酯作为从房水中提取MMC的溶剂，在较大浓度范围内（0．1～400μg／g），其回收率为49％～92％。

A high performance liquid chromatographic method is described for the determination of mitomycin C (MMC) in rabbit ocular tissues. The chromatographic conditions were optimized. The effects of pH and temperature on the stability of MMC were investigated. Acetonitrile was used for extracting MMC from conjunctiva and sclera, and ethyl acetate for aqueous humor. The recoveries ranged from 49% to 92% over a wide range of concentrations (0. 1 ~400 μg/g).
