摘要
结合现代企业人力资源管理的理论与实践以及数字图书馆业务的具体要求,提出了岗位能级制、矩阵结构、业务外包、终身学习四种图书馆人力资源管理的新方法。
Coupled with the theory and practice of human resource management in modem enterprise and particular requirement of digital library operation, the author proposed four new methods of human resource management in libraries that are talent- graded system, matrix constitution, out- sourcing, lifelong learning.
