摘要
阐述了学习型图书馆创建的理论基础,分析了当前国内创建学习型图书馆的障碍所在,并就如何创建学习型图书馆提出了自己的意见。
This article expatiated the theoretical foundation for developing learning libraries and analyzed the current obstacles in the development of learning libraries in China. The author put forward suggestions on how to develop the learning libraries.
