目的观察带指神经背侧支的指背皮瓣修复指腹缺损的术后效果.方法用带指神经背侧支的指背逆行岛状皮瓣修复指腹缺损,皮瓣最大面积2.5 cm×2.2 cm,蒂最长2.2 cm,皮瓣内指固有神经背侧支与创面指神经残端吻合.结果58例67指皮瓣均成活,随访7～32个月,修复后指腹的外形良好,质地柔软,静止两点辨别觉达3.0～6.5 mm,手指功能按TAM法评定均为优.结论带指神经背侧支的指背皮瓣修复指腹缺损,方法简单,疗效满意,是治疗指腹缺损的最佳方法之一.

Objective To observe the treatment outcome of using dorsal digital island flap with the dorsal branch from the proper digital nerve for the pulp defects. Methods A dorsal digital island flap with the dorsal branch from the proper digital nerve was used to repair the pulp defects. The maximum area of the flaps was 2.5 cm × 2.2 cm, and the maximum length of pedicle was 2.2 cm. The digital nerve＇s dorsal branch in the flap was sutured end to the remaining digital nerve end. Results All flaps of 67 digits in 58 cases survived. During a follow - up period of 7 - 32 months after operation, good to excellent results were obtained in all cases, such as good appearance, soft texture, and static two - point discrimination of 3 - 6.5 mm. According to the TAM standard, all of the results were excellent. Conclusion A dorsal digital island flap with the dorsal branch from the proper digital nerve reconstructs the pulp defects. The technique is simple, and the treatment result is satisfactory. It is one of the best selections to repair finger pulp losses.
