摘要
目的比较两种尿绒毛膜促性腺激素保福赐和波热尼乐在控制性促排卵周期中的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析了134个短方案控制性促排卵周期,分别使用保福赐和波热尼乐各67例,比较了两组患者的获卵数、成熟卵母细胞数、临床妊娠率、卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率等指标。结果两组患者的获卵数(保福赐组平均为12.36±6.72,波热尼乐组为12.84±6.5),成熟卵子数(保福赐组平均为10.36±5.63,波热尼乐组为10.33±5.58),临床妊娠率(保福赐组平均为51.56%,波热尼乐组为52.46%),卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率(4.48%,5.97%)等指标均无显著性差异。结论两种尿绒毛膜促性腺激素在促排卵周期中的应用都是安全的、有效的,其对体外受精-胚胎移植的成功率的影响没有明显的差别。
Objective To compare efficacy and safety of two commercial urinary human chorionic gonadotrophin preparations （profasi（r） and pregnyl（r）） in controlled ovarian stimulation. Methods patient charts of 134 infertile patients undergone IVF treatment with controlled ovarian stimulation （67 in profasi group and 67 in prcgnyl group） were reviewed. The efficacy parameters such as number of oocytes retrieved, the number of matured cocytes, clinical pregnancy rate and incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome（OHSS） were compared. Results There were no differences in the number of oocytes retrieved （profasi 12, 36±6,72 vs pregnyl 12.84±6, 5 ）, the number of matured oocytes （ 10,36±5.63 vs 10,33±5.58）, clinical pregnancy rate （51.56 % vs 52.46 % ）, and the incidence of OHSS （ 4.48 % vs 5.97% ）. Conclusion The two preparations of urinary human chorionic gonadotrophins are equally effective and safe for controlled ovarian stimulation in IVF treatment and there are not significant differencences between them in influence on IVF success rate.
