利用心电图鉴别长QT综合征基因类型的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 长QT综合征(LQTS)的分子遗传学取得突破性进展,基因型-表现型相关性研究表明LQTS患者的临床表现均是基因特异的。本文综述了利用静息心电图、运动负荷心电图及动态心电图鉴别LQTS基因类型的研究进展,此方法有助于进一步寻找致病基因和突变位点以及基因特异性治疗的开展。
