摘要
研究了采用顺酐、六次甲基四胺与腰果酚反应制备浅色腰果漆的方法、工艺条件、产品性能和结构特征．该产品颜色浅，具有与生漆相似的物理机械性能和耐酸、耐水、耐热性能．
ight-coloured cashew nut lacquer has been prepared by the reaction of cardanol, maleic anhydride and urotropine. The chemical reactions involved in the synthesis has been discussed by means of the IR analytical results. The molecular weight of the reaction product determined by GPC is 2.8×103. The physico-mechanical properties of the casting film are excellent, and extremely resistant to strong acids, water and high temperature, which are comparable to those of natural lacquer.
