洋紫荆化学成分研究

Chemical constituents from Bauhinia variegata L.

目的研究洋紫荆中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱及ODS柱色谱分离纯化,根据理化常数和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果与结论得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为(-)-表儿茶素(1)、原儿茶酸(2)、原儿茶酸乙酯(3)、没食子酸甲酯(4)、没食子酸乙酯(5)、对羟基苯甲酸(6)、五味子苷(7),其中化合物1、2、3、7是首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Aim To study the chemical constituents of Bauhinia variegata L. Methods The compounds were isolated by the silca gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography methods and identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Result and conclusion Seven compounds were obtained and identified as （ - ）-epi-catechin（ 1 ）, protocatechuic acid （2）, protocatechuic acid ethyl ester（3）, methyl gallate（4）, ethyl gallate（5）, p-hydroxybenzoic acid（6）, schizandriside（7）. Compounds 1, 2, 3, 7 are obtained from this genus for the first time.
