摘要
介绍了植入式中枢神经恢复系统的激励模块,提出一种可以用来进行功能电刺激(FES)的电路,该电路同时为Cuff电极和Shaft电极提供了接口.该电路带宽大于10kHz,增益在(20~60)dB可调,可以为10kΩ的负载提供超过1mA的电流.该电路可以适用于Cuff电极和Shaft电极,可以对中枢神经和周围神经实施不同相位的刺激.对该电路进行扩展,可以实现对多通道电极的刺激,并可对不同电极上信号的相位和幅度进行调节.
A circuit for the function electrical stimulation (FES) of a central-nerve system has been designed, realized and measured, which is suitable to drive both cuff and shaft electrodes. The central nerve as well as peripheral nerve could be stimulated by the signals with different phases. The FES circuit has a bandwidth of more than 10kHz and a gain which is variable from 20dB to 60dB. It can provide a current of more than lmA to a load of 10kΩ. The very circuits can be easily expanded as multi-channel stimulation.
