摘要
扩压器的安装角度等参数对增压器的效率影响非常大,传统的设计方法是通过不断的设计—试验—修改实现的,效率低而且成本高。本文采用一种新的设计方法,首先对扩压器进行参数化建模,FLUENT进行流场分析,然后集成到iSIGHT进行智能优化,使气体在扩压器和蜗壳内的流动性能得到改善。
The efficiency of centrifugal compressor is affected by the fixed angle of the vaned diffuser, the traditional design method is implemented by continual design- experiment - modification, but it is inefficient and high cost. A new method is introduced in this paper: firstly a parameterized model of diffuser is set up, CFD analyzed by FLUENT, then integrated with iSIGHT and programs intelligent optimization, so the flow capability of the diffuser and shell is improved.
