摘要
模拟壁厚400mm,模数M为20的大型球铁罐体,浇注了一个边长为400mm的立方体铸件,按不同冷却条件,沿一维方向凝固方式,测定了铸件不同部位的凝固曲线和铸件凝固动态曲线.分析了大型球铁件的凝固特征,讨论了铸件壁厚、凝固时间与球墨形态变化的规律.为保证铸件质量,在冷却条件方面提出了可靠的试验依据.
This paper simulates a large ductile iron vat 400mm in thickness and 20 in modulus as for cubic casting 400mm in length which solidifies along one dimension, according to different cooling condition we have ditermined solidification curves of different position and motional solidification curves in the casting. Analyzed solidification property of the large ductile iron casting and its formative condition and discussed change regularity of graphite morphology, costing thickness and solidification time. To ensure casting quality, this paper bringsup reliable test basis in cooling condition respect.
