Discussion on the Construction and Application of Fundamental Geographic Information Database

作者通过对基础地理信息数据库的认识和一些建库的实践经验,探讨了当前城市测绘部门在基础地理数据入库工作中经常采用的一些技术路线,并根据哈尔滨市基础地理信息数据库建设的实际情况,提出了一些建库工作面临的实际问题。

This paper introduced the definition of fundamental geographic information database and presented the practical experience to build the database. It also discussed the common technical line of storing data to the database. According to the real condition of the construction of Harbin fundamental geographic information database, the authors put forward the confronted problems during the database construction.
