Primary Study on Information Methods of Equipment Support in Division or Regiment Based on SCM Model

适应新时期军事变革需要,引入现代物流供应链管理(supply chain management,SCM)机制,优化师团武器装备内部管理环境,不断提高保障效能.分析了当前师团武器装备管理的现状和特点,并对供应链环境下其信息化模型的建立和实现进行了一定的探索和研究.

To be adapted to the needs of military change in the new era, the paper introduces supply chain management（SCM） mechanism of modern logistics so as to optimize the interior management conditions of weapon equipment in division or regiment, and improves its validity constantly. It tries to analyze the status quo and characteristic of weapon equipment management in division or regiment nowadays, and research on how to establish and realize its information model based on SCM.
