A Discussion on the ABC Method Applied to Construction Cost Evaluation

在工程造价的预算中应用意大利统计学家巴雷特(Pareto)的排列图法,找出"关键的少数和次要的多数",按分项工程造价占总造价的累计百分数进行计算,即累计百分比80%以内的作为A类因素——主要因素,累计百分比在80%至90%的为B类因素——次要图素,累计百分比在90%至100%的为C类因素——一般因素,通过一定的步骤从而确定A,B,C各项内容。

In this article, I apply Italian statistician Paretog Ranking Ⅲ ustration method to construction cost,that is, finding out primary minority and secondary majority. According to the accumulative total percentage of the sub - item project cost making up the total construction cost,the percentage under 80% is regarded as factor A （ the main factor） ,the percentage between 80% and 90% is regarded as factor B （the secondary factor） ,the percentage between 90% and 100% is regarded as factor C （the ordinary factor）.
