室温轧制高纯铝亚结构的EBSD研究

摘要 !!用背散射电子衍射(EBSD)技术测试了室温轧制高纯铝的微取向分布,提出了表征亚结构定量信息的概念并开发了分析软件,研究了亚晶的尺寸及其平均取向差的定量特征。结果表明,平均取向差(θcry)小于15°的亚晶数量占95%以上,其平均直径约6μm ̄7μm,随亚晶平均取向差增大,亚晶平均尺寸增大;亚晶尺寸与其自身平均取向差和周围亚晶平均取向差的平均值(θenv)有关,当θcry/θenv>1时,其尺寸大于周围亚晶尺寸的平均值;反之也成立。 The micro-orientation distribution of high purity Al rolled up to 80% (thickness reduction) at room temperature were detemined using the SEM-EBSD techniques.A conception of characterizing substructure information were suggested and corresponding GCDP_OI soft package developed.The quantitative characterization of subgrain size and mean misorientation was also investigated. It is found that the number of sub-grain with mean misorientation of less than 15° is more than 95%, and their linear diameter average is 6 μm-7μm, which become large with increasing of mean misorientation; Individual subgrain size is correlated with the rate of itself mean misorientation ( θ^env) to the mean misorientation average ( θ^env ) from the neighbor subgrains, when θ^eny/ θ^env〉1, the size is larger than that of the neighbors, vice versa.
