摘要
张集煤矿在煤巷掘进中,多数巷道揭露为复合顶板,岩性为泥岩,厚度为0.5~2.8m,中下间夹有一层13-2煤线,整体性较差,强度小,给巷道的施工带来一定的困难,顶板难以控制。通过采用锚梁网索支护技术,有效地控制了复合顶板软岩的离层和巷道的变形,提高了工程质量和单进,减少了事故的发生,取得了较好的支护效果和经济效益。
In the drivage of the coal drift in the Zhangji coal mine, most of the coal drift is revealed to be composite roof. The lithology is mudstone and the thickness is 0.5 to 2.8m. The roof is difficult to control. With the roof bolting with bar and wire mesh, the bed separation of the soft rock, the transformation of the composite roof and the distortion of drift can be effectively controlled. The quality of project and the rate of progress have been improved. The accident events are decreased and the better bolting result and economic profit have been achieved.
